From Open Electrical

I'd like to contribute an article, how can I do that?

Great - contributions are most welcome!! There are two ways to contribute:

1) Get in touch with us and tell us a bit about yourself and what you'd like to contribute. We will then set you up with a basic member account to edit and add new articles.

2) Send us a message with the content of the article you'd like to submit and a short bio about yourself. We will format the article and post it on the site, along with your bio.

What do I get for contributing?

You mainly just get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you are helping out other electrical engineers. You can also have your name and a short bio listed in the About page.

So it's not that "open" after all, is it?

Open Electrical isn't open in the sense that anyone can edit content anonymously (e.g. Wikipedia), but it is open in the sense that the information is free and not hidden behind paywalls.
